Process Part 1 
Continue Adjusting The Glue Constrains 

I need the fracture part can be stable before the object hit on terrain.

So I decide continue adjust the glue constrains, base on the result the destruction start on the bottom part, may be I can give the higher value's glue to make it stable

I use the very high value to paint the bottom of the terrain and replace the old strength by attribute node, but the result still not quite good.

the bottom part looks like stable but the top part still will collapse. so I change another method which is change the static object, right now I'm use the waterfall terrain as the holding part. I decide replace that part and combine that object to test the result.

I use the cube and combine with the fracture part. and I make sure the cube part only serve as a support

and simulation again, the result shows that the collapse still happened.

after check the bullet guide geo I think I need adjust the fracture part after I finish the boolean process. I think the reason is because the rbd packed object's bullet guide geo and the static object's bullet guide geo some part is overlap. Next part I will start to go back and reprocess the boolean part.
